Tim worked part-time at Liverpool Hope University 2005-07 in the following areas:
- developing a BA degree in Inclusive Education based on the Every Child Matters agenda
- CPD Consultant developing and delivering short courses & accredited post-graduate modules
- Project Consultant supporting a network of schools implement the Every Child Matters Agenda via research-informed initiatives
2006- Oxford Brookes University
He is currently serving as an Associate Tutor on post-graduate programmes in P4C and Thinking Skills
